If the rulings of judges don’t apply to the president or the whole executive branch, as Vance and Trump would like us to believe … then we are no longer a democracy but at a minimum an autocracy if not a dictatorship.
As a tax payer I would like to see the contract DOGE has. Because considering that group was hired to make the government more efficient, the conclusion has to be its a complete failure. So far it should be called DOGC … department of government chaos.

US AID has been on the ground in Afghanistan, in Iraq and most other war zones the US military has engaged in. So have many other federal employees. And here in the Us federal IRS officers are undercover, risking their lives, uncovering drug networks and putting cartel bosses behind bars. Thank you for your services is something we should say to any federal employee because they make this country work while making little money and having to deal day in, day out with morons that have no idea what the federal government does.
The world has to disconnect from the US … and do so fast. It’s in the best interest of those countries and the US.

And yes I know Dana White came out saying that he thinks Mitchell’s comments ("… Bryce Mitchell on his podcast where he defended Adolf Hitler, denied the holocaust happened and took aim at both the LGBTQ+ and Jewish communities…") were “dumb and ignorant” and overall as ESPN pointed out White “condemned” Michtell’s comments (UFC’s White: Bryce Mitchell’s Hitler comments ‘dumb, ignorant’). But, this is another case of someone (Dana White) not understanding what Free Speech means.
The whole idea of “running government like a business” is stupid and makes zero sense since a government is NOT a business and its goals are not to increase shareholder value. But even if you buy into that idea, what Trump is doing is not managing government like a business. Only his businesses that went bankrupt. This is management by ignorance and chaos I doubt you find a MBA course on that.

To make something efficient you don’t break it and you don’t break the commitment and engagement of the people that are part of the organizations you plan to make more efficient. DOGE is not about government efficiency. To the complete contrary, it is solely about breaking up the government and shredding the constitution. The high priest of workplace moral (when it comes to remote work at least, Elon “the nazi” Musk, is leaving a confused, unengaged, and unmotivated federal workforce in his wake.

Shutting down USAID is making China stronger and weakens the US both economically and militarily. The US navy needs harbors to anker in. The Air Force needs fly over rights. Soft power, a concept that Trump is completely ignorant of, provides that access cheaply. And that doesn’t even account for USAID work in conflict zones where they work hand in hand with the military and allow the military to focus on their missions and reduce negative impact by locals.
Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz are both excited to support Trump’s anti immigration agenda. Do they not realize their parents would still be in Cuba if the US wouldn’t have taken them in? How ignorant can they be?
