What happened to Senator Padilla is a clear sign of the Trump administration turning the US into a lawless, fascist, authoritarian state. But let’s also not forget that this is not just the Trump administration doing this. Those FBI officers (who swore an oath to the constitution which they clearly broke) did this. There are books about Hitler’s willing executioners… these FBI agents as well as the many other ICE agents and now marines that are executing these illegal orders are just as much to blame, are just as much needed to be held accountable. They are Oath Breakers, simple as that.
