As Trump will start praising his amazing deal with China, let’s just be aware that China did not limit rare earth exports to the US before Trump’s tariffs. Anything he will say will only address the problems he created but it will not solve any of the underlying issues … same as in LA, where the Guard only addressed the issues Trump created.
