If Trump thinks the US needs the biggest airplane because the US is the greatest nation, then he only showcases his utter ignorance about the formation of the country, the founding fathers, the constitution and what makes this country great. According to his logic his residence should then be a palace. But the White House is by design not that opulent. It is not supposed to be a palace and the same is true for air force one. The president is one of three, equal parts of government .. elected by we the people. He is no king or prince. Not only would the “palace in the sky” be unconstitutional because presidents are not allowed to accept gifts like that but it would also go against anything the US stands for.
