If all of the tariff bluster was about bringing manufacturing back to the US, the China deal exposes that as the fraud it was. Nobody will bring manufacturing back to the US to avoid 10% tariffs … it’s the status quo with a 10% tax on US consumers. So as usual the little guy pays.
